Here's my new schedule for my #BLingyWorkoutPlan online. I am inviting you to my sessions on ZOOM with my trainer, The Golden Goddess every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 8AM! No excuses! If you are not there I will be there for sure! It will be a 30min workout and it will be well worth it to get up in the morning to get your blood flowing.... Heres the flyer below:

This is a moment of transparency and accountability. I wanted to share with you guys that I haven't been sticking to my workout schedule with my trainer, The Golden Goddess, As soon as I got back from Italy I have been in 3 different classes and training for my call center. In the middle of it all I have been eating as best as I could as you can see if you follow me on IG and FB, I've started doing my KETO Meal Plan again and I have been posting my meals in my stories.
I've been staying up late at night and oversleeping missing my sessions. I will still do a workout by myself. but nothing like working out with my trainer. She has helped me lose over 100 pounds on my journey! I refuse to let "The RONA" take over my soul and I refuse to gain weight because I worked too hard to get to where I am right now.
